1. What Baby Satoshi TV is

Baby Satoshi TV is a fictional, character-driven comedy universe about crypto culture and financial behavior, produced as an original animated broadcast world. It exists to entertain, to reward viewers with genuinely useful context, and to build characters worth caring about.

The show is written, directed and curated by its authors. Production uses a modern pipeline that includes AI-assisted visual tools — every character, script, joke, canon fact and design decision is original human authorship, and nothing that reaches the screen is unreviewed.

2. Ownership & copyright

Every element of this universe is an original, protected work of the Baby Satoshi TV project: the characters (their names, likenesses, personalities, backstories and catchphrases — including characters not yet revealed), all scripts and dialogue, every episode and short, the studio set designs, the logo and wordmark, the sound identity, and this website's design and copy.

All rights are reserved worldwide. These works are protected under copyright law and international treaties, including the Berne Convention. No part of this universe may be copied, adapted, redistributed, sold or presented as your own, in any medium, without prior written permission.

3. Names & marks

“Baby Satoshi TV”, the gold script logo, and the names and likenesses of the show's characters are trademarks™ of the Baby Satoshi TV project, used to identify our original production. Do not use them — or confusingly similar names, characters or visual styles — for your own products, channels, accounts, domains, apps or services.

4. What is not permitted

The following uses are prohibited without a written license from the studio:

— Re-uploading, mirroring or monetizing our episodes, shorts or clips, in full or in part, on any platform or in any compilation.

— Manufacturing or selling any product bearing our characters, names, logo or artwork: t-shirts, mugs, calendars, posters, stickers, toys, prints, digital goods — anything, physical or digital.

— Launching or promoting any token, coin, NFT collection, fund or financial product using this brand, its characters or anything confusingly similar. No such product exists; anything claiming otherwise is a scam and will be treated as one.

— Impersonating the show or its characters in accounts, communities or messages, or implying that the studio endorses a product, service or person.

— Using our content, characters or scripts to train, fine-tune or prompt generative-AI systems, or to generate derivative characters, without permission.

— Removing credits or watermarks, or misrepresenting the source of our work.

5. What we love fans doing

This universe is built for its audience, and fan creativity is welcome: fan art, edits, memes, theories, reviews and commentary — made and shared personally, not for sale.

Keep it non-commercial, credit @BabySatoshiTV, don't present it as official, and don't use it to promote unrelated products or financial services. Short clips inside genuine commentary, criticism or reviews with clear attribution are fine; re-posting whole episodes is not.

Official merchandise, when it exists, will be announced only through the studio's official channels. If you see Baby Satoshi TV products anywhere before that, they are counterfeit — we appreciate every report.

6. Entertainment, not advice

Baby Satoshi TV is entertainment and financial culture. Nothing on this website or in any episode is financial, investment, legal, tax or trading advice, and nothing here is an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

The characters dramatize market psychology. Their predictions, arguments, wins and losses are fiction, written for comedy — they are, without exception, fictional animals. Any in-universe number, score or 'indicator' is a story device, not a measured product claim.

We protect this universe actively. Unauthorized commercial use, counterfeit merchandise, brand impersonation and content theft will be pursued through platform takedowns and the remedies the law provides.
