This notice explains what the Baby Satoshi TV project collects through this website, why it is needed and what choices you have. It is written to describe the system as it operates today.
The short version
- 01No advertising trackers, heatmaps or behavioral ad profiles.
- 02Language, sound and studio-state preferences stay in your browser.
- 03Account, email and community data is used only to run the features you request, moderate the space and protect the service.
- 04Temporary performance telemetry is used to measure Core Web Vitals while the site is being improved.
1. Who operates this site
Baby Satoshi TV is the operator of this website and the controller of the project data described here. Privacy and data requests can be sent to hello@babysatoshi.tv.
2. Information we process
If you join release notes, we process your email address, language, consent record, subscription status and signup source. If you use passwordless sign-in, we process your email address, account identifier and essential session information.
If you take part in The Stands or send fan work, we may process your stage name, faction, motto, posts, seconds, submission text, uploaded artwork or links, moderation state and related timestamps.
Hosting and security systems may process basic request, device, network and error information. Vercel Speed Insights temporarily measures performance signals such as Core Web Vitals together with route, device type and country-level context. It is used for site performance, not advertising.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to deliver requested account and community features, send release messages you consented to receive, review submissions, enforce community and intellectual-property rules, prevent abuse and improve reliability and speed.
Depending on the feature and your location, the basis is your consent, performance of the service you requested, or our legitimate interest in operating and securing the production responsibly. You can withdraw email consent at any time.
4. Cookies and browser storage
Passwordless accounts use essential authentication cookies so a signed-in session can work securely. They are not advertising cookies. Language, sound, intro, studio-state and similar interface choices may be kept in local or session storage on your device.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioral trackers or heatmaps. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or remembered preferences from working.
5. Service providers
We use Vercel for hosting and temporary performance measurement, Supabase for authentication, database and file storage, and Resend for transactional and release email delivery. These providers process only the information needed to supply their services under their own security and data-processing terms.
6. Retention
Release-list records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Account and community records are kept while the feature is active and as long as reasonably needed for moderation, safety, legal claims or record integrity. Rejected or abuse-related material may be retained for a limited period to prevent repeated misuse.
Performance and technical records follow the configured retention of the relevant provider. We review what is still necessary as the project grows rather than keeping personal data indefinitely by default.
7. Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe through the available link or account action. You may also ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent by emailing hello@babysatoshi.tv. We may need to verify that a request belongs to you before acting on it.
Your local law may provide additional rights and a right to complain to a data-protection authority. We will respond under the rules that apply to the request.
8. International processing and security
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own using their applicable transfer safeguards. We use access controls, passwordless authentication, row-level data rules and moderation controls, but no online service can promise absolute security. Send no secrets through public forms or community posts.
9. Children, changes and contact
The site is general-audience entertainment and is not designed to collect personal information from children who cannot legally consent in their jurisdiction. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information should contact us.
We may update this notice when the production, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and date will remain on this page. Questions or requests: hello@babysatoshi.tv.
